7bek Terms and Conditions – User Rules and Rights

For the purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "7bek" or "Platform": the 7bek.net website and all its Sports Betting, online casino, gaming, and associated services.
• "User" or "You": any individual aged 18 or over who creates and uses an account on 7bek.
• "Account": the individual, non-transferable account created by the user to access 7bek's services.
• "Balance": the BRL balance available in the user's account, made up of deposits and any winnings.
• "Bonus": promotional credit granted by 7bek under the specific conditions described in each promotion.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement": the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC": the identity verification process (Know Your Customer) required to confirm registration and unlock withdrawals.
• "Pix": Brazil's instant payment system regulated by the Banco Central do Brasil.

To create an account and use the services of 7bek, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at registration, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number.
• Not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programs or gaming restriction lists maintained by regulatory bodies.

Creating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. Using third-party CPFs, email addresses, or personal details to open accounts constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and freezing of all associated funds.

The 7bek accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for users in Brazil: Pix, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), boleto bancário, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

Minimum deposit: BRL 20.00. Funds are available for betting in under 30 seconds via Pix after the transaction is confirmed.

Minimum withdrawal: BRL 20.00. The requested amount is processed within 30 minutes via Pix to the key registered on the account. For withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00, processing may take up to 48 business hours and additional documentation will be required as part of the KYC process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit, or to the Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF.
• The 7bek does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the reason.
• Any withdrawal attempt made while active bonus wagering requirements are unmet will result in the cancellation of the corresponding bonuses.
• 7bek does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any banking charges are the responsibility of the user's financial institution.

By confirming a bet, the user accepts the odds available at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the specific terms of the relevant market provide otherwise.

• Event cancellations: if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, the stake is fully refunded.
• Odds errors: 7bek reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed issue. The user will be notified and the stake refunded.
• Multiple bets (accumulators): if a selection within an accumulator is cancelled, that selection is removed and winnings are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00 per single bet. Accumulator bets may have different minimum amounts depending on the number of selections.

The use of bots, automation tools, odds error exploitation, or any form of market manipulation is strictly prohibited. The 7bek monitors betting patterns and may close accounts that show behavior inconsistent with individual, legitimate use.

The 7bek reserves the right to discontinue or modify the availability of any game without prior notice, particularly in cases of technical maintenance, termination of a provider partnership, or regulatory requirements. Welcome bonus: the 100% bonus up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit is subject to a 30x rollover on the bonus amount. This means a R$ 200.00 bonus requires R$ 6,000.00 in qualifying bets before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.

• Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement.
• Cancelled, refunded, or cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover.
• The deadline to meet the welcome bonus rollover is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds with a 20x rollover, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• The 7bek reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected or if multiple accounts are used to accumulate bonuses.

The 7bek believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. To that end, the platform provides a set of responsible gaming tools for all users:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month directly in your account settings.
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss limit per session, day, or week. Once the limit is reached, your session ends automatically.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 7bek the following conduct, subject to immediate account closure and freezing of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Using third-party data in registration or payment methods.
• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts for automated betting.
• Exploitation of technical errors on the platform, including incorrect odds and casino game bugs.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for unlawful purposes.

The 7bek cooperates with the relevant authorities in investigations related to fraud and unlawful activities. Where there is reasonable suspicion, account funds may be frozen for an indefinite period while the investigation is ongoing.

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending real-balance withdrawals will be processed as normal. Bonus balances are cancelled at the time of closure.

The 7bek may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months.

In the event of closure due to inactivity, the user will be notified 30 days in advance to reactivate the account or request withdrawal of the available balance. The 7bek is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets or games played on the platform. Betting and gaming carry a real risk of loss, and users assume that risk entirely by participating.

7bek does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events do not give rise to any right to compensation.

The processing of personal data by 7bek is carried out in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service-related communications.

The 7bek reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users will be notified by email and via a prominent notice on the platform when significant changes are made.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and betting sector in Brazil.

The courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
